The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Our Bespoke Shepherd's huts are set in the tranquil countryside of Dorset in the village of Moreton which is famous for being the burial place of Lawrence of Arabia and 500 metres from Moreton Ford which leads into countryside and woods to stroll through. The huts are set in their own private garden with gravelled outdoor dining area and Hot Tub. Inside you benefit from one hut being the living space, a 2nd hut as a full bathroom which are connected by a galley kitchen.

This dog friendly converted church is typically available April to October each year. It is set in its own grounds and consists of 2 large reception areas, 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ( one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. Surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside the property is on the banks of River Frome and close to the Jurassic coast. Most of Dorset's main attractions are within 5 miles.
