Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.

Recent construction in a perfect location! 1BR/1BA cottage, nestled in the trees in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Steps from Slaughter Pen mt bike trails; 1 mile from the Razorback Greenway (paved trails) and Crystal Bridges Museum; 1.4 mile down the street from the Square (restaurants, pubs, coffee shops...). We know what we want in a great stay-- CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and COZY (in that order). That's our goal for every guest.
