About the Greenfields new, private, self-contained apartment in the country town of Fernmount. It is located only 5 km's off the Pacific Highway on Waterfall Way Road. This makes it so easy and convenient to find after a long drive and only 6km's - literally a 5 minute drive to the most charming, hipster town we have in Australia - Bellingen. And we are only a 20 minute drive, 26 km's to Coffs Harbour, which it is known for its beaches and the Big Banana monument and amusement park. This apartment and space is perfect for those looking for a lil rest, a break, a holiday from the fast pace of life, an adventure or you might simply need a very comfortable bed for a good night sleep after along drive on your way through to your next destination. It has a queen size bed fitted with electric blankets, 100% pure cotton linen, an a choice of sleeping pillows for different personal needs, blankets, dona, organic cotton bath towels, wardrobe to hang your clothes, with 2 bathrobes for you to relax in, an area to store your luggage and bags, a table and chairs to eat at, a T.V. a grooming area were you can store your toiletries and dry your hair off with the hair dryer supplied. If you like to just relax, rest and or read you can in the outdoor area and put your feet up on comfy seats and ottomans and enjoy the stunning views. You have your own private bathroom, toilet and your own kitchenette. Equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, teas coffee, and condiments for breakfast. Only a 10 minute drive to the closest surf beaches, and many other beaches, a 30 minute drive up the mountain to the most beautiful waterfalls and lush national park and rain forest in Dorrigo. Explore local scenic drives, filled with wild life and heritage walking trails. Just a 10 minute drive away in a town called Urunga has the best board walk on the east coast with spectacular views from the entire length of the board walk, swim in the fresh water holes of the Promise Land - this is a must, and even enjoy a picnic or a walk along the stunning Bellinger river. Your private unit is situated on 1 acre of land in a lush sub-tropical setting attached to our home on the ground floor. You can park your car under the car port. The surroundings are gorgeous and natural to look out to with established liquid amber and maple trees of 50 years old, sub-tropical gardens, seeing the magical, open land of green fields, mountain views, with clean fresh air. Our property is surrounded by the area's largest dairy farm, holding about 200 diary cows, so its not only incredibly green land, that means their are no roof tops, often you'll see the local dairy cows on our fence line. Greenfields private apartment being only a 5 minute drive away to great cafes, food, coffee, chai, many restaurants, live music, 2 pubs, a 10 hole green grass golf course with an air conditioned club house on the banks of the Bellinger river. There is the famous monthly Bellingen market on every 3rd Saturday of the month, you could plan your stay around the time this market is on. The town is filled with music, dance, jazz and creative festivals at certain times of the year, along with massage therapies and an array of natural therapies. If you love the great out doors we have information for you on great bush walks, canoeing on the Bellinger river, many different waterfalls and the national park in Dorrigo The quaint village of Bellingen's main streets are an electric mix of designer names, arts and crafts. The historic Hammond and Wheatley Emporium is a 19th century department store housing jewellery and home wares from all around the world, as well as top class clothing ranges. You can't go hungry here in Bellingen as it is filled with fab, fresh, local produce, health food shops, organic bakery, an IGA, and a lolly and fine chocolate shop, and so much more.
