Enjoy long walks by exploring the nearby beaches and walking trails. Later, look out to sea from the spacious terrace and plan the next day's trips. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und ist 54 qm gross. Es befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage 15 min. von der Altstadt mitten in Dubrovnik, alles ist sehr nah zu Fuss erreichbar. Umrandet vom Garten, bietet es eine eigene Terrasse zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen im Freien. Wer wohnen möchte wie ein richtiger Einheimischer ist hier richtig, die Lage ist sehr begehrt. 4 verschiedene Busstationen befinden sich binnen 5 Minuten vom Haus. Das Apartment besteht aus einem grossen, komfortablen Schlafzimmer mit Gartenblick, Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kabelfernsehen. Aus dem Flur kommt man in das Bad (Dusche) + Waschmaschine, die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Die private Terasse lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein. Our cozy Mediterranean home made of stone is situated in the geographical centre of Dubrovnik, at close proximity to everything. It is a short stroll to the Old Town (10-15 min by foot), nearest beach Bellevue is at 400m (7-10min by foot), port, bus stations, shops (Supermarket Konzum at 100m, Pemo at 200m, Tomy at 300m), INA gas station at 50m, green market at 1 km, restaurants or an easy drive to the beaches and other scenic attractions. We offer free, secure, locked parking on premises.

The place is fully refurbished five years ago. Has a large and cozy living room, three bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom.
