It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und ist 54 qm gross. Es befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage 15 min. von der Altstadt mitten in Dubrovnik, alles ist sehr nah zu Fuss erreichbar. Umrandet vom Garten, bietet es eine eigene Terrasse zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen im Freien. Wer wohnen möchte wie ein richtiger Einheimischer ist hier richtig, die Lage ist sehr begehrt. 4 verschiedene Busstationen befinden sich binnen 5 Minuten vom Haus. Das Apartment besteht aus einem grossen, komfortablen Schlafzimmer mit Gartenblick, Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kabelfernsehen. Aus dem Flur kommt man in das Bad (Dusche) + Waschmaschine, die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Die private Terasse lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein.
