Our new, high-quality king size bed will offer you the deepest of sleeps with quality bedding, electric blankets and a high-end lofty down doona with extra blankets. The studio offers a luxurious bathroom with walk in shower, Italian hand-made tiles and high-end finishes. Enjoy your own private courtyard to listen to the local birdlife or enjoy a coffee and your current read.

The Cosy Bungalow at the Port.

Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast provided. Private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

You’ll have all the essentials for your stay and is located walking distance to the Geelong Waterfront, Geelong CBD, Kardinia Park and plenty of hospitality venues.

Want to experience a quirky yet functional 40ft shipping container? Then the Ripplinn is the perfect getaway for you. Enjoy a local wine around the private outdoor fire, or take a short stroll down to the local shops or pub for a bev or two. Wash the salt and sand from your skin under the heater outdoor rain shower, or enjoy soaking in the handmade Steel bathtub after a day of relaxation or adventure.
