Dieses komplett renovierte Ferienhaus aus den 1950er Jahren mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad liegt weniger als 30 Minuten vom Kyle Field, Bryan College Station auf einer großen Rinderfarm und bietet alles, was du suchst, und vieles mehr. Partyterrasse im Freien, Feuerstelle, Gasgrill, Discgolf, Cornhole, Wippen und Hollywoodschaukel. Bei jedem Aufenthalt gibt es ein kostenloses Bündel Brennholz und Leckereien, um die Kühe von Hand zu füttern.

Es liegt zwischen mehr als 20 Hochzeitslocations in einem Umkreis von 20 Meilen und in der Nähe einiger Weingüter. Ungefähr 7 Meilen bis zum Aggie Expressway. Du wirst dich umgeben von Gelassenheit und herrlicher, ländlicher Aussicht auf mehrere Hektar Grundstück wiederfinden, die du erkunden kannst. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable quit ranch escape. Awesome country views of cows, horses and 5acre lake with covered dock for catch and release fishing. Our home is on a dirt road so we do recommend having a SUV or TRUCK. Sport type cars not advised unless you drive slow. I Catherine and friend do live on this property as well in my own home. We are close to Texas A&M. Nearby attractions consist of the Texas Renaissance fair in Todd Mission,Santa‘s Wonderland in College Station.
