Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, guest robes, slippers, travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Cabin offers a beautiful patio area and Hot-Tub where you can relax and unwind. The Cabin also boasts superfast Starlink Internet. * Please note. The Cabin backs onto the A1. The Cabin has been insulated and walls have been soundproofed so noise inside is a minimum.
