This 1940s barn has been lovingly converted into a comfortable living space with modern features and amenities, making it the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the city. Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

Beautifully Updated Lake House

Come relax in this beautiful lakefront home, fully renovated in 2025. A lawn leads to 110 feet of private lake access with a dock on Beaver Dam Lake. Fire pit with seating and complimentary firewood to enhance your outdoor experience. The main living area is open-concept, with the kitchen leading into a dining and living room. The upstairs and downstairs living room has gas fireplace. The home offers five bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds, and accommodates up to 14 guests.

Kick back and relax at the Studio! The Studio is a 400 sq ft unique suite in the lower level of our home. A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door. Come stay near the heart of Oshkosh - you’ll be on the second floor with views of Lake Winnebago. If you need anything during your stay we live on-site and are only a message away. Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.
