Access to the gondola and Independence super chair lift are just outside the door. Hop on the gondola and you are one quick stop from the base of peak 8 or take a short gondola ride in to town to shop or dine. Pool and Bowling Alley etc. are located at One Ski Hill Lodge. This private home is located on the north side of Breckenridge and eliminates the delays and frustration of getting in and out of town... especially when going to other nearby ski areas or parts of the county. The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.
