A la limite de la Dordogne et du Lot et Garonne, à 20 min de Bergerac et ses vignes, 1h de Sarlat,1h de Cahors, 1.30h de Rocamadour cette maison à l'orée d'un bois se situe au calme, sans vis-à-vis , avec une superbe vue sur la campagne environnante. Elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer du bon temps: piscine chauffée, jacuzzi extérieur, grande terrasse couverte, terrain de pétanque et de volley-ball, balançoire. Idéal pour se reposer et découvrir le Périgord à toute saison.

Cozy town centre cottage

A newly renovated cottage in a lovely Dordogne 'bastide' village with access (NOT ON THE PROPERTY BUT 2 MINUTES WALK AWAY) to a lovely part shaded garden. We have re-designed the house to create a lovely kitchen/dining room space with a huge window facing east for the morning sun and an open plan lounge to keep the whole house cool and light. Upstairs are 2 en suite bedrooms . NO OUTDOOR SPACE ON PROPERTY but guests have access to an above ground swimming pool which is in our nearby garden.

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Cool off in the saltwater pool, relax in a hammock, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

We love to share our charming and characteristic 300 years old farmhouse. The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. High speed internet available.

The accommodation includes exclusive access to the swimming pool from June to September.
