Le duplex climatisé comprend une kitchenette totalement équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Devant l'entrée une petite table permet de manger à l'ombre de la glycine. A l'étage, une chambre et une salle de bain auxquelles on accède par un petit escalier. Une baie vitrée dans la chambre donne accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue mer sur la baie de Eze.
