Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Policy: Only the number of persons booked as stated on the booking form are allowed to stay. There is also no smoking or pets allowed.

Landsdowne Cottage is a 200 year old estate cottage on the edge of 40 acres of nature reserve . We are a 35 year old forest garden planted with a variety of fruit and nut trees. Red squirrel can be seen in the autumn stocking up their stores for the winter. We are situated between the lakes, waterfall and ancient standing stones of Gleninchaquin Valley and Coornagillagh beach. We are ideally located to explore the stunning Ring of Beara, known for its rugged beauty and coast line.

The house is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the local shop, pubs and restaurants. Killarney is less than a 15-minute drive away to experience all it has to offer, including a wide range of restaurants and pubs, shops, and tourist attractions. This setting is the perfect spot for walkers and hikers with an unlimited number of trails to choose from.

On arrival the guests will be greeted with freshly baked scones and a welcome basket. Fresh flowers in all the rooms and fires and candles lighting in the winter months. This house is situated on a site of its own with a big back garden which is perfect for relaxing in or playing a game of soccer. The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply relax, unwind and soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings .
