Enjoy the beautiful back yard with hot tub, bbq, fire pit and outdoor seating or head down to the pond for a swim and some kayaking (kayaks not provided) . Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including; Wilber Sparks Complex, The Bay Arena, The Shoreline Heritage Trail, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery.
