It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Mitten in der pittoresken Altstadt des Welterbes Kotor liegt dieses Juwel von einer Wohnung. 54 Stufen müssen erklommen werden aber dafür wird man mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick über die Dächer von Kotor, die umliegenden Berge und den Fjord mehr als belohnt. Ganz zu schweigen von dem eigenen kleinen Gärtchen mit Terrasse über den Dächern der Altstadt.
