Greetings from Casa Luigi! Our cosy ground floor apartment is situated in a recently renovated house right in Baveno's historic centre. It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Il mio alloggio si trova in un piccolo borgo di Baveno in posizione tranquillissima.E' un intero appartamento a pianoterra con entrata indipendente e con giardinetto antistante privato. E' situato a 300 mt. dal centro, dalla stazione, dai supermarket e dal lago per imbarco isole borromee. Ideale per un rilassante soggiorno sul lago maggiore.
