Right in the heart of Salcombe yet away from the lively bustle of the town, this comfortable bijou studio is in the iconic Salcombe Apartments building right on the waterfront. Accessed through landscaped private gardens, the studio has magnificent uninterrupted views of the beautiful Salcombe estuary and the beaches and fields of East Portlemouth. The studio benefits from free, reserved on-site parking, use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (in season) and direct water access via the pontoon.

It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers.
