Haus Luce ist ein wunderschönes mediterranes Steinhaus, das vor ein paar Jahren mit viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit komplett renoviert wurde. Der Besitzer achtete auf jedes Detail und das Haus strahlt Tradition, Kreativität und eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, aber in der Nähe von allem. Es erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Vor dem Haus es gibt eine Terrasse mit Pergola. Privatparking ist ca. 100m entfernt

The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

Novo opremljen i udoban apartman smješten pored grada Senja gdje vlasnici ne žive. Nalazi se 100 metara od plaže i 2,5 kilometra od centra grada Senja. Stara Baška idealno je mjesto za parove, solo putovanja te obitelji.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Najposebniji dio kuće je pečenjara gdje možete za sebe i svoje najmilije spremiti roštilj i uživati u prekrasnom pogledu na susjedne otoke i Tvrđavu Nehaj. Do prve plaže će vam trebati 5minuta pješke, a do samog centra par minuta više. Obližnji market udaljen je svega 5min pješačenja.
