Der Besitzer achtete auf jedes Detail und das Haus strahlt Tradition, Kreativität und eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, aber in der Nähe von allem. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Najposebniji dio kuće je pečenjara gdje možete za sebe i svoje najmilije spremiti roštilj i uživati u prekrasnom pogledu na susjedne otoke i Tvrđavu Nehaj. Do prve plaže će vam trebati 5minuta pješke, a do samog centra par minuta više. Obližnji market udaljen je svega 5min pješačenja.
