This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

Apartment Tomislav1 (A2+2, approx 35 square meters) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*190), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (yellow couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is yellow couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep. Kapazität 2+2, Größe 42 m2, mit einem großen eingezäunten Garten mit Kamin und einen beheiztes Schwimmbad (Mai-Oktober). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Not far from Baška, in Jurandvor, we offer a very comfortable and functional apartment. It is located on the first floor of a family house. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills, nature and the sea. There is a sofa in the living room. There is also a separate bed for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests can use the barbecue located in the garden.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Vlatkoviceva city center apartment

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

Bright and comfortable modern apartment, just 10 meters from the restaurant, few steps away from the beach and with amazing view on the sea and the city, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV.
