The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 2 floors covering a very spacious 90m2. The property offers two generous bedrooms both with King size beds fitted with a Vi-Spring mattress. There is a large period lounge with interconnecting kitchen and dining area with gorgeous views over the garden and Bath. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower over power shower, and under floor heating. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with WC. You will find the apartment well laid out and warm with fully fitted kitchens, large HDTV, modern appliances, powerful showers and much more. The house is situated between two picturesque villages of Batheaston and Bathford on the eastern outskirts of Bath. It is in the perfect location to explore the stunning City of Bath. Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. Parking is available at Bath Cricket Club only 5-minutes walk away and the train station is less than 10-minutes walk. The house itself is spacious, with a large lounge, modern kitchen dining room with doors that open onto the rear courtyard making it great for entertaining.
