Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Simply Bed and Breakfast in a cottage nr Bath.

We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage(a 3rd king size bedroom is possible upon request) We are close to Bristol airport, Bath, The Pig and Priston Mill. A quiet village location. The village has a pub, The Butchers Arms and a small village shop/cafe 2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo. Top floor is private(unless booked for a 5/6th person)

Only a 20 minute downhill walk to the city on a bus route with limited free on street parking opposite and £5 per day parking in a local car park.

We have just bought a new pull out z bed with a memory foam mattress which is perfect for a child. I will bring a light breakfast up to you. Coffee / tea / pan au chocolate and a piece of fruit.
