This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.

Our home is on 25 acres with a private pool overlooking a beautiful view, 10 miles south of Batesville. 5 miles south of Southside which has Harps grocery, Dollar General, Sonic, coffee and donut shops, gas station, & steak/Mexican/BBQ restaurants. We have a game room with a pool table and tv for entertainment. The pool is not heated and will be closed/locked Oct 1st through mid-May.

WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
