Bateau Bay village and beach are 3 minutes away, with Kmart, Coles, Aldi, Woolies, and more. Walk to the local bottle shop, pub, Thai, pizza, and Crackneck lookout. Close to Terrigal, Erina Fair, and Tuggerah Westfield, all within 15 mins.

Berne St Treehouse

Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

Only 1.5hrs from Sydney's CBD, The Studio offers comfort and privacy. Newly built with quality inclusions and parking at your door. Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.
