Il est situé au deuxième et dernier étage sans ascenseur, côté cour, dans une résidence très calme. Il y a une grande TV avec abonnement Canal+, Netflix, Amazon,... L’appartement est à 5mn à pied des Buttes Chaumont, à 5mn à pied du Canal Saint Martin et du Canal de l’Ourcq, à 20mn à pied de la Villette. Le quartier est très vivant et vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut à moins de 100m.
