The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. ‘Woodside’ is a cosy self-contained 1 bedroomed holiday home nestled within the Nottinghamshire countryside, surrounded by open fields and 25 acres of mature woodland, ideal for a romantic getaway. We are located in a peaceful rural location right on the door step of Sherwood Forest, Robin hood country. Our modern accommodation features an open plan dining area and fully fitted kitchen, dual aspect lounge, and luxury hot tub. The holiday home is set within the grounds of our own farmhouse.

The Coach House Harthill
The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

It is self-contained within its own secure grounds and affords easy access to a variety of tourist attractions, activities and a large network of cycle tracks and woodland walks whilst also offering a secluded, private and peaceful base from which to enjoy the forest.

New Lodge Cabin
A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
