Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

And afterwards you can come home to a place, where you can relax in a peaceful atmosphere.

Freistehendes Studio Nähe Rhein & Park

Das Studio 11 ist eine schöne kleine Unterkunft Nähe Park und Rhein. Ruhige Lage mit guten ÖV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplatz (für ein normal grosses Auto) ist direkt vor der Türe. Küchenutensilien, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden . Es gibt ein 140x200 Bett (erhöht) und ein Klappsofa zum Schlafen. Die Schlüssel Übergabe erfolgt wenn möglich persönlich oder durch Vorhandene Schlüsselbox.

Die Mansarde ist im 4. Stock (ohne Lift) in einem charmanten alten Haus im trendigen Viertel Gundeldingen und ist mit öffentlichem Verkehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt einige Cafes, Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das kürzlich renovierte Objekt hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Doppelbett bzw. zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine.
