Our house is located in the heart of the historic town of Orvieto, at just 5 minutes from the Duomo. A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Il casale si compone di 3 camere da letto, per un totale di 8 posti letto e 2 bagni. All'esterno piscina, con vista panoramica a vostro uso esclusivo. L'attività agricola consiste nell'allevamento estensivo all'aperto di animali (avicunicoli e maiali) e la vendita diretta di uova, verdure, carni fresche e trasformate.
