For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Questo spazio unico ha uno stile tutto suo. Nella pace assoluta della montagna (430m slm) sopra Forte dei Marmi, vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della Versilia, La petite maison può ospitare 2 persone e si compone di una cucina-soggiorno al piano rialzato ed una camera da letto con bagno al primo piano. Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Zwei kostenlose Fahrrader stehen zur Verfugung, um den Strand zu erreichen (ca.5km). Großer kostenloser Parkplatz 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Pizzeria / Bar, Supermarkt, Kosmetikerin,Apotheke und andere Dienstleistungen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Piano Terra All’ingresso vi accoglie una cucina attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in piena autonomia. Primo Piano Salendo al primo piano troverete la camera da letto principale, spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Una soluzione perfetta per coppie con bambini o gruppi di amici. Secondo Piano Al secondo piano si trova il bagno, moderno e ben rifinito, dotato di doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet.

Relax e trekking nel cuore dell'Alta Versilia

La nostra Casina, un bellissimo rustico in pietra e legno da poco ristrutturato, è situata in mezzo ai castagni, in una parte di alpeggio del Paese di Retignano. E' dotata di due camere da letto con bagno, una cucina ad uso comune e giardino attrezzato. E' nelle immediate vicinanze della nostra fattoria e di una rete sentieristica cui accedere per raggiungere le vette delle Alpi Apuane e alcuni borghi dell' Alta Versilia.
