Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

The Little Laundry is a cosy studio apartment in a private garden with it's own separate access. Located in the village of Neatishead in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. A stones through from a local pub, village shop and surrounded by the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
