This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

Super zentral! Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Parks, findet man alles um die Ecke. Zur Uferprominade mit spektakulärer Sicht auf Lissabon sind es 150 Meter vom Haus. Etwas weiter den Fluß hinunter befinden sich Sandstrand und Flußbad. Barreiros ÖPNV-Anschluss ist ausgezeichnet. Die Fähre nach Lissabon Innenstadt (Terreiro do Paço / Praça do Comércio) braucht nur 18 min. Per Zug ist man in ca. 1 h in Évora. Vom Haus aus sind es zu Fuss 20 min zur Fähre und 10 min zum Bahnhof.

Wir sind nur 10 Min. vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß durch den Strand oder 2 Min. mit dem Zug entfernt. Im Zentrum finden Sie Wäschereien, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Gesundheitszentren, Restaurants, usw. Sie können auch gerne Fahrräder oder ein Auto für eine Tour mieten. Wir sind ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto von Lissabon.
