Espectacular villa en prestigiosa zona del sur de Tenerifė - Caldera Del Rey. Está a 200m de parque acuático N1 del mundo nombrado por TripAdvisor años consecutivos - SIAM PARK. A 300m está el mayor centro comercial del sur - SIAM MALL. Impresionantes vistas al centro turístico- Playa de Las Americas, las playas de lo cual están a 1.4 km. Diferentes zonas de descanso, toma del sol, desayunos, cenas en espacios únicos pensados al detalle. Jardín tropical con pérgola que da sombra todo el día y agrade con su frescura y colorido. Piscina infinity que une sus aguas con el horizonte de océano. Las puestas del sol es un espectáculo de colores, imagen que cambia cada día, pero nunca deja indiferente. Amplio salón unido con cocina americana con vistas al mar. Todos dormitorios tienen su salida independiente al jardín mejorando la privacidad de cada uno. Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Despierta en la naturaleza con los animales de la granja, estaréis sobre los 1000m. de altura y a tan solo 15 minutos de Adeje y la costa. Disfruta de la naturaleza (visitando rutas ancestrales guanches, Senderos, Galerias). Un atardecer diferente cada día con vistas a La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro y la montaña. Huevos frescos cada mañana de las gallinas de nuestra finca. Una auténtica experiencia de relax y tranquilidad alejado de las masas, la cobertura móvil y el ajetreo de la ciudad.

Finca Rustica Terraza. Einen Traum Leben in Icod

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
