The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. The studio has cool/heat airconditioner. The building has amazing amenities including 2 pools, living rooms and gym, 24hs security and 360 views to the city/river from floor 27th.

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
