The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

Welcome to my place! A well designed and fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment for either 2-4 people family\friends trip or business travellers. Right in the city centre and convenient to go to any landmarks in the city within walking distance. Nearby bus stations with Free City Loop Bus 98A, 98C, 99A, 99C take you anywhere in Adelaide. One queen-size bed and a double size sofa bed allow you to relax completely after an exciting trip or a busy day of work. Swimming Pool and Sauna is open.

The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

The Library Loft-amazing views and pool, loft stay

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is a few meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided to make your stay even better! Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras.

The Barn - a little bit rustic, a little bit luxe

Step into a little bit of rustic charm with some luxe comfort at the Barn - it shares some nuances of glamping - but not in a tent! Nestled on our 5-acre property named Pondicherri, The Barn is set amongst a collection of historic outbuildings offering a countryside escape in a village atmosphere and yet, is very close to all what the Barossa Valley can offer. From the Barn you will see no neighbours, no street lights and a huge night sky of twinkling stars.

On the Deck at Bel-Air- Spa

Enjoy relaxing in this stylish space with modern accents, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, and exposed brick in this luxe apartment. Take a dip in the hot tub on your exclusive private deck while relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sun set beneath you. Listen to the birds and spot the local koalas all while lazing back in comfort and gazing over the city. Great location for walks, biking or rock climbing in the many National parks and nearby trails.

Oakbank B&B Retreat

Modern self contained large pool house which can host up to 4 guests, 2 in the main bedroom and 2 in the lounge area if required. Situated within owner's 2 acre property in a quiet, semi rural setting, with extensive gardens, Gum trees, bird life and peaceful surrounds. Valley view over horse stud farm, within 2km of Oakbank township. Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
