Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 2nd of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.

Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.
