As you walk through the doors of our canal home, you are greeted with high ceilings, water views and your very own pontoon able to moor a 12m boat and two tinnies! Being on the prestigious Pacific Harbour Estate canal, you will instantly start to unwind. Bring your boat, launch and motor the short distance to your private pontoon making it easy for your days out on the water. Or simply relax and sip cocktails by the pool or throw a line in off the pontoon as we regularly catch fish this way!

The Pool House

The Pool House is a modern, stylish and luxurious space and has the private use of the sparkling swimming pool. Its a great place to relax, go out and eat, order in or BBQ. If you wish, use the space for a pilates / yoga workout or sit back and catch up on your favourite movies and shows or just float in the pool.
