Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk.
