A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores. First floor is kitchen and living room area, second floor bedroom and washroom - snow mobile and four wheeler trails near by

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.

The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. After a BBQ dinner, enjoy smores at the large campfire pit. Meander the trails throughout the property and just be. Everything is here for a simple but soul restoring getaway. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.
