House in a rural setting- you may spot white tail deer or other wildlife.Enjoy the peaceful tranquil setting.We are within 5 minutes by car to Rte 70 and shopping centers. Our space isn't childproof. Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance. Non smoking. We aren't set up for heavy cooking. No stove.

Enjoy historic Waltherson! A 15-minute drive to downtown Baltimore. Within walking distance of Walther Gardens, the neighborhood nursery, gift shop, and famous snowball stand. Fully furnished basement suite with queen cabinet bed, living room, bathroom, cable TV, Netflix, wifi, basic dishes/utensils, HVAC, and laundry room. The area has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, tea kettle, and bottled water. There is no cook top/stove or kitchen sink. Keyless entry. No smoking in unit.

A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking (max 2 cars). Host lives upstairs with 1 dog (labradoodle). Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Private Garden Apartment in Historic District

Our 1919 charming home, surrounded by 50 acres of preserved land, is in an historic district and a stone's throw from the NCR hike/bike trail. We have tubes to float down the Gunpowder River which winds around our property and is accessible by foot. The bike path is lovely! Inverness Brewery is located 5 minutes away, Starbright farm is a glorious lavender farm 15 minutes north, Boordy Vineyards, a family run winery, is 20 minutes east, and Ladew Toipiary Gardens is another gem to behold!

This is a private guest suite, that is attached to our home; but has a private entrance. It's a compact studio apartment, including a separate bathroom. You'll be 15 minutes from Downtown Baltimore and approximately 60 minutes from Washington D.C. You can walk to the light rail and there's free parking, if you're driving. Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a lovely, safe suburban neighborhood. Guest will enjoy the lovely garden setting and patio. Only a short drive to The Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium,Johns Hopkins, just to name a few. Guests will definitely feel right at home with free wi fi ,HBO and Showtime. We are a retired couple who reside in the upper level of this house. The apartment is spacious and completely private with a well appointed full kitchen

The owners live upstairs, but the spaces are distinct, private and separated by a heavy curtain. Very little noise bleeds through.
