Charmigt gammalt stenhus med ett stort rum, stolar, soffa, matbord och två sängar. Pentry och litet badrum. 30 kvm. Huset ligger separat nära huvudbyggnaden. Vacker gammal trädgården, med luktärter och rosor på sommaren. Byn ligger nära havet och är en av Ölands vackraste. Nära till en liten fin sandstrand och orörda strandängar. Fågelskådares favorit näst efter södra udden som ligger inom cykelavstånd ( 40 min). I trädgården utsikt mot havet, fält och på andra sidan Alvaret.

Das 200 Jahre alte Lehmstampfhaus verfügt über jeglichen modernen Komfort, wie Küche, Heizung, Wlan und Kamin. Die letzte Renovierung erfolgte im Januar 2026. Für kleine Tagungen und Offsites kann es sehr gut genutzt werden. Das Ensemble liegt in einem gepflegten 3.000 qm großen Garten mit Trampolin, Grillplatz, Tischtennis und Buddelkasten.

Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
