It comprises a bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen/living area with double sofa bed and bathroom. Guests have access to courtyard and garden and parking is available. 0nly 10 minutes by bus to city centre (nearest stop 2 minute walk) and a 5 minute drive from City Airport. Short walk to many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Convenient to Stormont Estate and cycle greenway.

With two floors, three bedrooms for 5 guests, living room, separate dining room and extended kitchen, there is more than enough space to enjoy the indoors after a busy day, or the garden on a summers day. There is a driveway for free on-site parking but a few minutes walk from bus stops to the City too.

Bathroom features electric shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner & shower gel. Bedroom has King size bed.
