Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Favour Royal Cottage is nestled within the beautiful Favour Royal Forest. With miles of walking on the doorstep, the cottage is the perfect base for a dog-friendly stay. Luxurious 4 bedroomed house nestled among the hills and glens of the Tyrone countryside. Gortindarragh is the perfect countryside retreat for an authentic Irish experience. The large and comfortable house offers the perfect dining and entertaining space, ideal for family groups and friends . The house central location and access to the motoring network across the north/ bordering counties makes it a central point for travelling west from Dublin and East from Donegal, Sligo or Fermanagh.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.

The house sits at the top of a small hill, with views of a lake through the trees that surround the house.
