This comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom cottage is ideally located in this charming seaside town -easy walking distance of the stunning beach, swimming pool and town centre. The house is in a quiet cul de sac so is perfect for a peaceful holiday for both groups of adults and families with young children alike. Double room with ensuite on the ground floor. Upstairs a large double room, a twin room plus a family bathroom with bath.There’s a small laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Please note: We have an additional annex which consists of two super-king bedrooms with one shared bathroom to accommodate larger parties. This is an extra cost - please reach out if required.

Fully equipped apartment at the rear of the main dwelling with separate entrance. Own parking. Access to the family garden. 10-minute drive to Ballyheigue village, golf club and beach. Car needed. A spacious and tranquil home from home.

Relax in the Kerry countryside in a home from home setting. There are three large double bedrooms, x1ensuite. There is plenty of space around the house with a large garden and garden furniture if you wish to eat outside. The sun room is our favourite spot in the house to read or just watch the fabulous sun sets as the house is west facing. The kitchen and utility room have mod cons. There is an office/play room stocked with books, games, jigsaws and a desk.

Hot shower out the back for when you come in from your sea swim or surf. Perfect for a nature getaway on the Wild Atlantic Way, where you can enjoy long walks on our 3 beautiful beaches, Cliff Walk or a golf holiday to play the world renowned Ballybunion Golf Course... We have Netflix and Starlink internet

Seaside Break Ballybunion

The Brambles is a lovely quiet estate within the town and only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. There is a tennis court on site which is free to use and tennis rackets are available for guests. The local leisure centre is only 100 metres away and has a pool, gym and sauna. The house is ideal for families with children as it is away from traffic with lots of space to play outdoors. Ballybunnion golf course is only 2.5km away.

Self catering luxury glamping pod . A cosy private space nestled by the side of our cottage. It has a kitchenette with; Microwave Mini fridge & ice box Kettle Toaster Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Ensuite shower Double bed and a sofa. TV plays DVDs only , with a good selection of DVDs. There is no cooker in the pod but there is a Gas Plancha (Hot Plate) and a single gas ring situated in an outside cooking station next to the pod. WIFI
