Thea verfugt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Schlafsofa und einer Kuche die vollstandig ausgestattet ist mit einem Tisch und Stuhlen. Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.
