The tranquil atmosphere is unique on the island, as the house is located in a quiet rural area with quick and easy access and beautiful views of Puig de Randa and La Bruixa. The road and path leading to the house are paved and in perfect condition. The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. Outside of the villa, there is a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi in the garden with views to the town of Pollensa, non heated swimming pool.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
