Beachbum is steps from beach. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Neighborhood is golf cart friendly with very little traffic. Small neighborhood which has 2 pools, one of which is heated and tennis/pickle ball courts. Our home amenities includes numerous amenities to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. It's a few minutes off I-10, 15 minutes to Fairhope, 15 minutes to Downtown Mobile, 45 min. to Pensacola, 55 minutes to Gulf Shores. The condo complex is right on the bay. You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.
