Enjoy pristine views of Eagle Harbor and serene sounds of the Puget Sound at this recently remodeled spacious one-bedroom with a living room and a library/den. Set at the end of a private road, a separate entrance, patio and garden add to the tranquility and privacy of this oasis. The cozy dwelling is complete with outdoor chaise lounges, dining table, and a fire table to enjoy views of the marina. The spacious studio comfortably shelters 1-4 people, and possibly two more depending on your group. Filled with light, the spacious studio is a cozy get-away or easy base camp. Walk through Rolling Bay neighborhood to nearby shops, beaches and trails. Garden seating is available, with a fire pit - in case a marshmallow roast is in order. We will consider well-behaved pets with their responsible owners, as most are, for a $25/animal fee. Dogs must not be left alone unless happily crated.

This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
