Comfortable, cozy home located in the heart of Sámara with refreshing salt water pool. Very well maintained with plenty of amenities. Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Please note: In case of short power outages, the internet and WiFi remain uninterrupted thanks to our power back up system.

Der Mangobaum in unserem Garten lockt oft wilde Tiere wie Affen an. Das einzige was dich von den Wellen trennt, ist ein Weg voller Palmen und Mangobäumen.

This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. El apartamento, para 1 o 2 personas, se encuentra ubicado en centro de playa Samara, a 200mts de la playa en una zona muy tranquila (perfecto para las noches) y cerca de practicamente todo (supermercado, restaurantes, farmacia, policia, bancos, oficinas de tours, etc). Disfrutara de un ambiente familiar caracterizado por la buena atencion y pronta ayuda en lo que sea necesario. Se ofrece servicio de limpieza a la habitacion una vez por semana, no se ofrece el servicio de lavanderia.
