Der gut eingerichtete Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Einzelschlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, zwei Badezimmer und einen großen Balkon im Obergeschoss. Ein Sofa mit einem Bett bedeutet, dass dies perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie oder eine kleine Gruppe ist.
