Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, a BBQ, or a bounce on the trampoline.

Lovely Converted Train Carriage/ Garden Studio

Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.

A private, cosy, pet friendly, getaway for couples

Ruby is a clean, comfortable tiny house. A little oasis in a beautiful garden. Great for a cosy escape on your own or with your favorite person and/or pet. Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and everything that Ballarat has to offer, including an array of pubs, shops and restaurants. You can walk to Sovereign Hill in 15 minutes. The house is adorable ( yes, I’m biased) and I know you’ll love staying here. Come and enjoy a stay in Ruby. Check in any time from 3pm until 10pm.

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the hallway and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available on request. The bathroom offers bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.

WiFi included. We live separately on the property, and there are two Airbnb cabins in total, each privately positioned.
