The Stables at Little Reddings

A delightful quiet space in the rural hamlet of Whelpley Hill near Berkhamsted (40 minutes from London Heathrow and Luton airports and by train from London Euston), in the heart of the Buckinghamshire country side on the edge of the Chilterns. The Stables boasts spacious living including a deck, and an outdoor lounging room. Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Board games to play, wi-fi to hook into and a TV with plenty of films on demand to ease into the evening. Locals pubs (6-minute walk) and plenty of walking/running routes to keep you occupied.

Apple tree lodge

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . Also a great location for the park and ride to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. *20 steps leading up to the property *

Romantic Oak Cabin Berkhamsted

This cosy luxurious self contained oak frame cabin offers the perfect peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. Listen out and you may hear the owls at night. Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, this is perfect for outdoor lovers but equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles down the road, the popular market town of Berkhamsted is offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special treat out. The cabin offers comfortable, spacious living with King size bed.

Woodland Lodge 7 min walk to tube/station

The Lodge is set at the bottom of a beautiful woodland garden, clearly separated from the main house allowing for privacy. Uniquely situated, with its own little woodland, the property is also in a residential area close to Chorleywood village with its ample amenities. The station is located within 7 minutes walking distance and has an excellent train service into London. (30 minutes by fast train)

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Cosy newly converted character annexe in the heart of the Chilterns. Just a 4 minute walk to the Metropolitan underground station taking 40 minutes direct to central London. Opposite a lovely pub with Thai kitchen, a 3 minute walk in to Chesham town centre full of cafes, shops and bars. 1 king sized doubled bedroom, with en-suite shower & WC and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
